Standard Courier
Couriers are super busy at this time of year. We recommend ordering early to ensure your parcel arrives in time for Christmas, before the dates set out below.
We send overnight for NZ (this is longer for South Island & rural) but can’t guarantee a courier will deliver when it’s meant to. Of course, we’ll send orders after the cut off dates but can’t promise they’ll be there for Christmas Day.
Rural Delivery: Wednesday 17.12.25
NZ Wide: Sunday 21.12.25
Exchanges
We're happy to offer extended returns on all orders made over November & December. We accept returns of items in unworn condition with tags attached by 31 January for an exchange or credit (excludes outlet, personalised items & earrings). For more details on customer care see here.
