Shipping & HandlingWe charge between $3.50 & $5 NZD for delivery in New Zealand. All orders usually arrive in one to two business days. You'll receive a tracking link once your parcel is on it's way to you. Australian delivery is a flat rate of $15 NZD. Orders should arrive within 10 days.
Orders are processed when credit card authorisation and/or bank deposit has cleared. Orders that are placed Monday-Thursday will ship within 1 - 2 business days of purchase, not including holidays.
Orders placed on Friday after 1pm will be processed on the following Monday.
We only ship within New Zealand & Australia as standard, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide a cost for shipping overseas.

ReturnsWe want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, return the items in original condition within 14 days of post-marked date for a full refund, less shipping costs.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment unless store credit is requested.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns will be subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for or exchange earrings.
ExchangesAll exchanges must be made within 20 days of the original shipped date. Items sent back for exchange will be shipped at our cost. Original postage and return postage charges are not refundable.
If an item was sent to you by mistake, we'll gladly send you a replacement item upon receipt of the returned item with no additional charge for shipping. We'll also refund you for the returned shipping cost.
