Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, return the items in original condition within 14 days of post-marked date for a full refund, less shipping costs.Refunds are issued in the original form of payment unless store credit is requested.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns will be subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for or exchange earrings.
Exchanges
All exchanges must be made within 20 days of the original shipped date. Items sent back for exchange will be shipped at our cost. Original postage and return postage charges are not refundable.If an item was sent to you by mistake, we'll gladly send you a replacement item upon receipt of the returned item with no additional charge for shipping. We'll also refund you for the returned shipping cost.
