We’re excited to launch our new permanent jewellery service, forEVER - the most special way to mark a milestone or make a memory.
Permanent jewellery has become increasingly popular & involves safely soldering a chain closed to form an endless, enduring loop. Choose from a bracelet or anklet, in sterling silver, 14 karat gold fill or 9 karat solid gold chain. We have a selection of chains to match your aesthetic, as well as adorable charms for extra personalisation.
Bookings are open now for this service by appointment only at our Auckland showroom, 3/57 Morrin Road, Saint Johns.

What is permanent jewellery?
Permanent jewellery involves safely soldering a chain closed to form an endless, enduring loop. Every piece is appropriately fitted to each individual person's wrist or ankle & welded shut.
How do I care for my forever jewellery?
Your forEVER SOPHIE piece is very low maintenance, simply clean gently with a microfibre cloth as needed. We'll provide you with a suitable cleaning cloth.
How long will my appointment take?
Your appointment is 15 minutes. In this time you'll be able to solder up to 2 pieces on one person. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. We can't guarantee your appointment spot if you're late.
How many pieces can I have soldered in one appointement?
You can have up to two chains soldered per appointment. If you're coming with a bestie or loved one, please book two appointments.
Can I change my appointment time?
Absolutely, you can change your appointment via the email confirmation you received at time of booking, up to 24 hours before your appointment. Or email us if you need a hand email@example.com.
How long will my piece last?
This really depends on you & your lifestyle, for most it will last until you remove it. However, the chain is fine so may break. We offer a 2 month warranty & will re solder providing you still have the chain. Your piece is delicate so needs to be treated with care. We guarantee the weld join but not the chain or jewellery itself against tarnishing or other wear & tear. Please use the care cloth provided to ensure your piece continues to shine.
What Happens if the chain breaks?
Keep the chain & reach out to us firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time to repair. We'll happily do this free of charge the first time & within 2 months of your purchase. We guarantee the weld join but not the chain or jewellery itself against tarnishing or other wear & tear.
Does the soldering hurt?
The soldering is 100% pain free, just a quick zap of light. We'll go over the process at your appointment to ensure you're comfortable with the process.
Can it be removed?
Absolutely, you just need to cut through the little jump ring that connects the two ends of the chain. We'll be able to redo the join for you later if within 2 months of purchase, After this time frame it will cost $30, contact us at email@example.com to book a follow up appointment.
What is Gold Fill?
Our gold filled chain is made from a solid layer of 14 kt gold bonded to a brass base metal. It has the same appearance as Solid Gold & can last 10+ years with daily wear.
How old do I need to make an appointment?
You need to be 16 years or older unless you have a parent or guardian with you.
Can I return my bracelet or Anklet?
As your piece will be customised just for you, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Do you take group bookings?

Can I cancel my booking?
We require a $50 non-refundable deposit for all bookings. While you can reschedule, unfortunately you're unable to cancel without forfeiting your deposit.
